Did you eat healthy or is it confession time???? It's confession time for me. My sister made a delicious chips and bean dip, little smokies, dipped strawberries, caramel brownies, little sandwiches, a vegetable tray and lime aid punch. We went and crashed her party. The food was yummy. Needless to say, I am dreading weigh in tomorrow morning. So what did you eat?

Horrible!! We went to a friend's house and she made yummy french dip sandwiches, there was chips and dip, cheesecake, etc. Ate so good all week just to ruin it yesterday :(
ReplyDeleteIt was the worst I've eaten in at least 5 weeks! I made homemade guacamole and had that yummy queso dip w/ corn chips. Also had a lot of veggies but ate hot wings, M&M's and mini snicker bars. Washed it all down with a Diet Dr. Pepper (not water but at least it was Diet). I saw the commercials for Gold's Gym where they said, "See you tomorrow" and thought, yup that's what I have to do now, hit it hard.

I didn't do so good either! We had lots of chips and dips and sloppy joes, and Valentine sugar cookies (they are my favorite!) Good thing today is a new day!! It's time to rev it up this week and push extra hard! I actually feel sick from yesterday!
ReplyDeleteMy sweet neighbor called and said she had an extra homemade pizza hot out of the oven and mint brownies! How do you say no to that??? It was awesome by the way :) So here is hoping next week is better!
